I'm not interested in having so many words to put in the web address field, is there anyway to just buy my street address with a .com?
No reason to, we'll buy the domain name for you! Pick a domain, like youraddress.com and we'll buy it and include it with a years worth of hosting.

I've had a tour done now how should I get the word out?
You can include your web address in many property listings or ads (newspapers, magazines or flyers). You can print out brochures and put your web address on those as well, these can then be placed on a flyer in dispenser in your yard.

What do you suggest shooting in homes?
Living room, den area, master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bedroom(s), kitchen, front yard, backyard and any special areas that gives your home character.

Should I have my location or home clean before you come?
Most certainly. Virtual tours are great for showing space, we like to stress how important it is that your potential client is not focused on the clutter and mess in your house.

Why can't I see the virtual tour and will I be able to see it?
Some computers have java turned off. We would suggest opening your settings in the browser (Internet explorer, Safari or Mozilla) and activate your java. You may then need to quit and restart your browser. We will be incorporating an option flash version in the future, but as for now, java delivers the best optical effect. I have a patch of land and I'd like a virtual tour of it. How do outdoor tours turn out?
Suprising well. We've done commissioned work for companies that deal largely with land. The tours themselves allow you to show certain aspects of a property; a creek bed, backyard or even a shoreline.

Will having a virtual tour detract from personal walk through tours?
Absolutely not. Virtual tours allows more people to see the home and the seriously interested people will request a tour by walk through.

What happens if I don't get the property rented/sold?
We don't take responsibility for making the deals. We simply provide a vehicle that will allow people to see properties in better fashion. We do suggest using us combined with a professional sales or rental agency, but still we have successes through the Sale by Owners.

How long does it take to get my property page up?
Generally, once we shoot it, if the features are emailed to us we can have it up by the next day.

The amenities aren't as they were described. They listed it as an amenity, but it wasn't what I expected. What can you do for us?
We are not responsible for the information that property owner gives us. We are simply sharing information. We do guarantee that the photos are real, and you can contact the property owner if necessary.
